Jacob Young (born September 10, 1979 in Renton, Washington) is an American actor.

Young has experienced roles in the total of soap operas. He joined a cast of the CBS soap The Bold and the Beautiful as Rick Forrester from December 31, 1997 to September 15, 1999.

He late joined a cast when Lucky Spencer in General Hospital for three years from either February 25, 2000 until February 10, 2003. Young won the Daytime Emmy Award for "Outstanding Younger Actor" for his role in GH within May 2002.

Presently, Young plays Adam "J.R." Chandler, Jr. in All My Children -- a role he began swimming since October 1, 2003. In a period of the 'babyswitch' plot line he as well played J.R. on the my favorite laundry soap opera One Life to Live (for 6 episodes inside 2005).
